VIACOM INTERNATIONAL MEDIA NETWORKS AND MCD ANNOUNCE COURT SETTLEMENT

Viacom International Media Networks and Multi Channel Developers (MCD), a Turkish television distribution company, have reached an amicable agreement to settle all of the legal proceedings between them in England and Turkey relating to the Nickelodeon and MTV Turkey television channels and to part company during August 2011. The details of the settlement are confidential.
